A short guide to the policies below. These summaries do not replace the full documents.
Before you take part
- Viewing is free. Account creation and interaction are limited to adults aged 18 or older. A free account lets you applaud and follow participants. Purchases are optional.
- Purchases pay for visibility. Your highest single valid payment sets your position. Another participant can overtake you; duration, audience, clicks and sales are not guaranteed.
- Canceling and refunding are different. Canceling checkout does not confirm a purchase. Losing a position or deleting an account does not automatically refund an existing purchase. The full refund policy describes requests and applicable rights.
- Your profile is public. Published photos, introduction and links can be seen by visitors. Public payment history shows only confirmed valid purchases; other recorded payment states are shown only in the account holder’s private history.
- You control optional content. You can edit your introduction, remove images and links, and request account deletion. Some records have separate retention requirements, explained in the Privacy Policy.
Terms of Use
1. Eligibility and accounts
Viewing is free. Accounts and interaction are limited to adults aged eighteen or older who meet applicable local eligibility requirements. Purchases are optional. One account per person is permitted. Provide accurate age and residence information, secure your access and do not impersonate others. Your unique nickname is intended to remain fixed and forms your profile link. You need not publicly display your real name, personal photograph or external links. Verified supported sign-in methods may access the same account; a different email does not automatically belong to it.
The initial purchase scope covers 47 United States states plus the District of Columbia (DC), excluding Alaska, Colorado and West Virginia. Buyers must reside in that scope, have registered country US and use a United States billing address in an eligible state or DC. United States territories and possessions and all other countries are outside the purchase scope. Free viewing and free account participation may remain international where offered. Viewing or holding an account does not establish purchase eligibility. Applicable sanctions, mandatory law and payment-provider transaction requirements also apply.
2. Purchases, ranking and totals
A purchase pays for ranking and profile visibility described at checkout. It is not a deposit, transferable balance, investment or promise of financial return. Totals are measures of eligible purchases, not money available for withdrawal. Reigns, trophies and achievements carry no cash prize.
Purchases start at US $1 in whole dollars. There is no additional Reignstage processing or card surcharge. Any applicable tax and the complete amount payable are shown before confirmation. Acceptance of these policies does not authorize an undisclosed additional charge.
Each participant has one individual ranking position based on their largest valid single payment. Separate valid purchases contribute to their personal accumulated total and to the country total allocated to each purchase. Earlier payments are not credit toward a later purchase. A $100 purchase followed by $10 leaves the individual ranking based on $100 and adds $10 to accumulated totals. Country ranking uses total eligible amounts, not purchase counts. The principal throne uses the individual-payment ranking; accumulated rankings are separate.
Checkout shows the position associated with the proposed purchase. A change before charging requires new confirmation. Only confirmed payments count. Other participants can overtake you; no minimum reign, audience, visitors, clicks, followers, sales or commercial result is guaranteed. Ties favor the participant or country first to reach the relevant amount through confirmed payments. Rankings continue without seasonal resets.
Participants represent their country of residence. Residence changes require review, with new purchases paused during review. Earlier purchases keep their original country attribution; approved changes apply to future purchases. Country representation implies no government endorsement.
3. Reigns and actual benefits
Reigns use server-recorded elapsed time, twenty-four hours per day. General service outages pause reign time; detected heartbeat gaps pause recorded time, but detection of every outage is not guaranteed. Losing leadership ends a reign; returning begins another. An existing leader's new purchase does not restart the reign. Awards do not force a leader to step down. The reign-record leaderboard uses valid reign time.
Recognition includes First Crown and milestones every five continuous days in first place. The gallery begins with two photo slots, increases to four after five valid continuous days and six after fifteen. Themes unlock after ten valid continuous days and the crown frame after fifteen. These thresholds use the longest valid continuous reign, not the sum of separate reigns. Video is not included in the MVP. Valid achievements ordinarily remain after leadership ends; reversals can remove dependent achievements and unlocks as explained below.
Supporting one participant at a time is free and can be changed or withdrawn. Support does not change paid ranking. Applause is a separate free action, limited to one per account per profile and removable. Comments and public text replies are not included.
4. Content and moderation
Submit only content you have the right to use. Unlawful material, prohibited sexual content, threats, targeted abuse, impersonation, scams, malicious links and infringement are prohibited. Optional images and HTTPS links are checked before display through file validation, local image screening, domain-blocklist checks and, where needed, authorized review. Uncertain or unavailable checks leave submissions pending. Checks do not verify social-account ownership or guarantee detection of every prohibited image or destination. No review completion time is guaranteed. A pending or rejected image does not itself interrupt a reign; a replacement awaits review while the previous approved image or standard avatar remains visible. Images may be resized, cropped and re-encoded.
You retain ownership and grant a limited, nonexclusive license to host, display and technically process your content to operate the service, subject to deletion and retention rules. This does not authorize selling your likeness or unrelated advertising. Third-party links do not imply endorsement; external transactions follow those sites' terms without excluding responsibility imposed on Reignstage by law.
Reports are reviewed privately and do not automatically remove ranking eligibility. Confirmed violations may lead to content removal and notice; serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension after review. During suspension the profile is unavailable publicly, personal-ranking eligibility and leadership end, and the next eligible participant leads. Valid country contributions remain unless reversed. Reinstatement uses remaining valid payments; any new leadership starts a new reign. Support is not automatically transferred.
For content reports, intellectual-property concerns or reconsideration, email support@reignstage.com with the nickname or exact URL, the content or decision, the relevant right or reason and a reply contact. A report does not itself prove infringement. This contact is not a claim of registered statutory copyright-agent or safe-harbor status.
5. Leaving, changes and complaints
Account deletion removes the public profile and ends leadership and connected support; it does not automatically refund purchases. The old nickname remains reserved against impersonation. Remaining records and country totals follow the Privacy Policy.
Purchases may be paused when payment or ranking integrity cannot be confirmed. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to purchased benefits require appropriate notice and remedies under applicable law. Florida law and applicable United States federal law govern, subject to non-waivable protections in your location and the jurisdiction of competent courts and regulators.
Email support@reignstage.com for support or complaints. We provide an initial response within two business days and an update at least every seven calendar days while unresolved, measured from receipt or the last update. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding United States federal holidays, in America/New_York time. These are response commitments, not guaranteed resolution periods, and do not extend shorter legal deadlines. Do not send passwords, login codes or full card details. You may request reconsideration without delaying mandatory rights or external remedies.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Seven-day whole-purchase cancellation
You may request voluntary cancellation of an entire purchase within seven calendar days (168 hours) after confirmation and payment capture. Card authorization alone does not start the period. Each purchase has its own window. No reason is required. Use online cancellation or email support@reignstage.com with enough information to identify the purchase. Receipt time determines timeliness, even if processing or a reply occurs later. Being overtaken does not automatically refund a purchase and does not prevent timely cancellation.
Voluntary partial refunds are not offered: you cannot refund $30 of $100 to keep a $70 ranking contribution. An eligible whole-purchase refund returns the amount paid, including tax that must be returned. We do not deduct the processor's fee merely because the processor does not return it to us. No additional Reignstage processing or card surcharge is charged.
A duplicate charge caused by our error is refunded in full, including charged fees. Separate purchases you authorized are not duplicates merely because amounts match. If our failure causes a charge without delivery of the confirmed position, that purchase and its charged fees are refunded in full. Receiving the position and later being overtaken is different.
2. Requests, processing and mandatory rights
Abandoning an unfinished checkout does not authorize a new charge; closing a page does not necessarily stop processing already begun. Check its status before retrying. A request, deletion or refund approval is not itself a completed reversal.
Signed-in buyers can select their purchase on the cancellation page. Without sign-in, submit your name, purchase reference and confirmation email; ownership is verified before refund. Requests receive a reference, submission time, downloadable receipt and email acknowledgment. Email delivery problems do not erase the request or its time. Ordinary eligible automatic cancellation requires no reason or prior manual approval. The displayed automatic deadline may include an end-of-day/weekend cushion. The existing longer ordinary fourteen-day automation for EU/EEA/UK purchases does not expand purchase eligibility or establish a universal legal cutoff. Outside-window, disputed, uncertain or failed requests are recorded for review rather than automatically denied. Repeated requests do not authorize duplicate refunds.
Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, unauthorized-charge, refund and service-remedy rights remain available, including after seven days. The voluntary period is not a claim of a general United States statutory seven-day online right. General acceptance or initial profile display is not an automatic waiver of mandatory withdrawal rights. Where applicable EU distance-service rules apply, the ordinary withdrawal period is fourteen days from contract conclusion, subject to applicable rules and exceptions; missing disclosures may extend it. Any deduction for early performance requires a lawful basis and satisfied prerequisites. These protections do not authorize purchases outside the stated scope.
You may give a clear withdrawal notice by email or post to the contacts above; the online page is another channel. Optional wording: “I wish to withdraw from my Reignstage purchase.” Include purchase reference, date, name and contact email; sign only a paper notice. No particular wording or reason is required. Where applicable EU law requires it, reimbursement is without undue delay and within fourteen days after notice, using the original method unless another is expressly agreed without extra charge.
Refunds use Stripe against the original purchase and original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed or required. We do not request a new card number by email. We confirm the outcome, amount and processing status; bank posting time is separate and not guaranteed instant. Bank timing does not extend mandatory refund deadlines. Ask support for tracking if delayed. Purchases and refund instructions use USD; your bank's exchange rates or fees may change the local-currency result, without authorizing an undisclosed deduction by us. The Terms' response commitments apply. Reconsideration is available without restricting other remedies.
3. Ranking effects
Only confirmed provider state changes payment eligibility. A completed reversal removes the purchase's whole contribution from personal and original-country totals. The individual position is recalculated from the largest remaining valid single payment. A smaller reversed purchase may reduce totals without changing that position. Uncharged or unsuccessful payments never contribute. A refund creates no later-purchase credit or reserved position.
Leadership, reign records, trophies and display unlocks dependent on the reversed purchase are recalculated; independently valid purchases and benefits remain. Content beyond remaining entitlement is hidden rather than automatically erased solely for that reason, subject to deletion rights and retention. Public history shows confirmed valid purchases; reversed, disputed and review-held states are restricted to the account holder's private payment history.
A disputed purchase's contribution is suspended; it is removed if lost and restored only if won and the relevant funds recovered. Restoration grants no retroactive reign time. A dispute does not automatically suspend the whole account. Exceptional external partial reversals hold the affected purchase out of payment rankings and dependent recognition for operator review; they are not treated as a completed full refund, a smaller eligible contribution or authority for another automatic refund. Unrelated purchases remain eligible. A confirmed full refund closes the exception. Mandatory remedies remain unaffected.
Privacy Policy
1. Data and purposes
We process email, sign-in provider and identifier, account identifiers, verification timestamps, account status, sessions and security records to provide and secure access. Google sign-in requests identity and email access, not Gmail messages or contacts; we do not ask for your Google password. Sign-in records can exist before profile-age declaration. Profile completion records nickname, introduction, residence country and a separately held declared birth date for the adult check. Declaration is not independent age verification. Accounts and interaction are for adults eighteen or older. Report suspected child data to support@reignstage.com for review, access restriction and appropriate removal subject to necessary lawful retention.
Optional images, links, appearance settings, support/applause choices, achievements, submission states and review decisions support the requested features and content review. Images are validated and re-encoded without carrying forward embedded metadata, but visible content can identify people or locations. Pending content is restricted to its owner and authorized reviewers. Reviews record account, reviewer, content type, decision, reason and dates.
Stripe-hosted checkout requests card and billing-address information. Our integration uses purchase references, status, amounts, tax information and billing country/state. Account-linked order, checkout, payment, refund and dispute references and accounting evidence support payments, rankings, country totals and reigns. The normalized checkout result used by the application excludes full card number and full postal address; this is not a claim that these never occur in any provider object, export, log or backup, or that real card data has already been collected.
Support records contain email, subject, message, replies, handling details and dates. Signed-in cancellation uses the verified account email and selected purchase; guest cancellation also records supplied name and reference for ownership verification. Request time and confirmation-delivery state are preserved despite delays. Relevant message content and references pass through the email service for codes, replies and receipts.
Security processing includes hashed verification challenges, tokens and request-source values, rate-limit windows and technical diagnostics. Hosting and email providers may process IP, network and delivery information. Hashing does not guarantee anonymity. A random per-tab visit reference and short-lived retry identifiers limit repeat counting; aggregate recorded visits and active profiles are not verified unique-person audience counts.
Where GDPR applies, processing objectively necessary for requested features relies on contract performance or requested pre-contract steps. Proportionate security, abuse prevention and evidence retention may rely on legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Legal obligation applies only where it qualifies under applicable data-protection law; foreign tax duties do not automatically qualify under GDPR. Separate optional purposes require separate consent where applicable, withdrawable without affecting earlier lawful processing. Terms acceptance is not blanket privacy consent.
2. Public information
Public profiles can display nicknames, approved images, introductions, links, rankings, achievements and dated valid-purchase histories with amounts and purchase country. Purchase country contributes to public country totals and may appear alongside the participant; it is not proof of current location. Public applause exposes a count rather than applauding-account lists; current public APIs do not expose a supporter directory. Own support and applause selections are available in signed-in controls. Email, birth date, pending images, private payment states and support messages are not part of these public endpoints. Nicknames, payment histories and public content can still identify you. New optional residence flags or disclosures require prior review and notice.
3. Providers and international processing
We use Hostinger for hosting/database infrastructure, Titan for email delivery and the support mailbox, Google for optional sign-in, and Stripe for hosted checkout and payments. The hosting account identifies Arizona, United States as its server region and Boston, United States as its hosting-backup region. These are not exclusive processing locations for all providers. Providers may process information internationally through their operations and service providers; roles, retention and required transfer safeguards depend on the service, processing and applicable law. This list is not a certification that all contractual or transfer requirements have been completed. Relevant disclosures may also be made when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse and protect accounts, subject to law.
Provider information: Hostinger privacy and processing terms; Titan privacy, processing terms and subprocessors; Google privacy and sign-in scopes; Stripe privacy, processing terms and service providers. Provider deletion and retention are separate from application deletion. The absence of an advertising provider from these flows does not establish a service-wide no-tracking, no-sale or no-sharing qualification.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies support login, sessions and request protection. Google login cookies last up to five minutes, email challenge cookies ten minutes, and session/request-protection cookies seven days. Sign-out removes the active session and associated cookies; cookie expiry does not erase all server records. Browser sessionStorage contains a per-tab visit reference; localStorage contains per-account visit/achievement references. Visit comparisons ignore references older than thirty days without automatically erasing the stored item. Achievement references have no automatic expiry and avoid repeat ceremonies. You can clear these using browser controls. These counters add no third-party analytics provider; required choices depend on the actual resources and applicable law.
5. Retention, deletion and recovery limits
Retention is limited to an identified purpose and applicable obligations. A financial obligation does not justify keeping unrelated photos, birth dates or support messages. These operating periods are not universal statutory periods or guarantees of erasure at an exact instant:
- Google challenges expire after five minutes and email challenges after ten; successful use consumes them, and five failed email-code attempts remove the associated challenge. Expired records are rejected and cleaned when accessed or new challenges are created. Send-limit reservations remove records older than one day when that routine runs. Daily cleanup also removes expired sessions/challenges, email-send records older than two days and request-limit buckets whose windows ended more than one day earlier. Visit retry records become eligible after one day, through daily or visit-triggered cleanup; aggregate counts remain.
- Rejected image bytes become eligible for daily cleanup thirty days after last update. Closed support and moderation records, including cancellation support records, become eligible twelve months after explicit closure. Missing closure dates require review. Necessary holds and linked unresolved disputes preserve relevant records, not unrelated data. Images, decision records and backups have separate treatment.
- Financial records are not automatically deleted and require category-specific obligations, unresolved-claim and provider review. The ordinary three-year United States federal tax-record reference is not a universal period from each purchase.
- Account deletion removes active sign-in identities, sessions, birth-date record, profile media, links, appearance settings and interactions, and clears the introduction. Public history substitutes “Deleted account”; valid country totals remain. Account identifier, reserved nickname, country, financial records, requests, reviews and acceptance evidence may remain for separate justified purposes. Amounts, dates and links may still identify you. Nickname reservation does not justify retaining the rest of a deleted profile or override mandatory erasure rights.
- Personal acceptance links and deletion evidence are retained only for an identified obligation, unresolved matter or justified claim. Need is reviewed on account/case closure and at least annually if retention continues. Disposal requires an operator assessment, including financial records and unresolved matters/holds. Shared policy documents are separate from personal acceptance links. This review does not extend a lawful retention period or erase every residual record.
- Routine application logs have a selected thirty-day operating period and manual review at least every thirty days for copies under our control. Necessary incident evidence may be preserved separately. This is not verified automatic deletion of provider logs. Hosting build, runtime, error, scheduled-job and resource records have separate controls; redeployment is not proof that all earlier copies were erased.
- Current-tool environment-specific backup archives become eligible for rotation after seven days while at least forty-eight copies remain. Failures and that minimum may retain older copies longer. Legacy archives require separate review; provider backups and downloaded exports are outside that rotation. No verified maximum provider retention, thirty-minute live backup interval, independent off-site copy or zero-loss recovery is promised. Temporary downloaded recovery exports and restoration databases are to be removed within seven days after the restoration test ends, provided a valid backup exists and no identified investigation requires a necessary copy; disposal is tracked manually. Before restored data returns to service, applicable deletion decisions and holds must be reapplied. Backups may contain data already removed from active records.
6. Requests, security and changes
Use available controls to edit optional content and interactions, or email support@reignstage.com for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or consent withdrawal where applicable. We may require proportionate identity verification. Do not send passwords, codes or complete identity documents unless a necessary secure verification step is arranged. A fixed nickname does not remove mandatory correction or erasure rights. We explain limitations and available review routes; you can contact a competent regulator or seek legal remedies without first completing internal review.
Where EU GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay, normally within one month; justified complexity or request volume may allow up to two further months, explained within the first month. Where CCPA applies to the operator and request, requests to know, correct or delete normally receive a substantive response within forty-five calendar days; a justified notified extension cannot exceed ninety days total. Other duties may be shorter. The two-business-day initial response and seven-day updates in the Terms do not replace substantive legal deadlines. The operator manages requests and deadlines; this is not an automated legal-deadline system. Free international visitors retain applicable rights regardless of the restricted purchase scope or USD pricing.
Access controls, authorization, session-token hashes, request protections and rate limits reduce particular risks without guaranteeing absolute security. Suspected incidents are assessed, contained and documented; necessary evidence is preserved, and people or authorities are notified when law requires. Log periods do not postpone notification duties.
Published updates identify their version and effective date and provide legally required notices and choices. The acceptance system preserves the exact document and acceptance text; earlier evidence is not replaced. A changed document requires new acceptance at the relevant registration or purchase step, with any additional notice or separate choice required by law. Editing a page alone does not prove that existing users were notified.
